The location of the cab doesn't work properly. There's no estimated price shown. I didn't enjoy the experience.
The app glitches do not make for easy text gathering. My location was shown on the map but read as gobbledegook. Driver did well to find me. Reallypoor experience for a first time user of the app.
Brilliant service, brilliant people, good chat and I'll forever be grateful for cab 2000. Thank god for cab2000👍
The only issue I have with this app is that I cannot find a way to remove my card details, but it might be down to my own stupidly 😋
I am a loyal customer of cab2k but this app is terrible. I have twice ordered a cab including doing the confirmation but the system had no record of the order. Difficult to set the time and really easy to set the wrong date. A poor show from a good company that I want to support
